In today’s rapidly changing world, the role of unpaid family caregivers has never been more critical. In 2020 alone, these dedicated individuals provided over 34 billion hours of care, delivering services that not only are valued at more than $470 billion to our economy but also serve as the backbone of our community’s wellbeing. As COVID-19 severely disrupted care infrastructures and millions of people pivoted to offer in-home care, the need for reliable, affordable long-term care solutions has grown exponentially. With baby boomers entering retirement and demand for high-quality home care services surging, families are increasingly compelled to shoulder complex care responsibilities within their homes.
